Features to be implemented

• basic - does not break layout/design
• Sign In to Affiliates page: create.phtml form validation is rewritten
• Affiliate Account Settings page: edit.phtml form validation is rewritten
• Withdrawals page: request.phtml form validation is rewritten
• Affiliate Dashboard page: widget/programs.phtml tab implementation is rewritten
• Promotion Materials page: account/promotion/link.phtml referral link generation script is rewritten
• Promotion Materials page: affiliate.accountWidget widget implementation is rewritten
• Promotion Materials page: account/promotion/banners.phtml modal implementation button is rewritten (rather than rewrite this, it was simply moved inline)
• Statistics page: datepicker implementation is rewritten to use native functionality such as type="date" input field
• mirasvit.widget widget implementation is rewritten
• mirasvit.affiliateClick widget implementation is rewritten
