Features to be implemented

• basic - does not break layout/design
• Render checkout button on PDP
• Render checkout button in minicart
• Render checkout button on cartpage
• Customer account features
• Restrict checkout when guest-checkout is disabled

Removed features

• Payment in checkout is not implemented since it will fall back to the original module when using Luma checkout. So this will work as expected without this module
