Hyvä Translation for Magento 2 with Hyvä Themes extension by JaJuMa allows using Inline Translation with Hyvä Theme and simplifies translation management:

- Flexible Backend Translations – Manage translations via a Translation Manager or CSV files.

No compatibility module is required since the module does not have store front elements or provides native Hyvä Themes compatibility.
