Currently in state Schrödingers "done". It loads without errors, all the JavaScript has been rewritten, but it still needs to be tested if the campaign tracking actually works.

@vinai Does this module still needs testing? We want to use this module for a project to connect a Hyva shop with Mailchimp. Then we need to test it anyway. :)
