Features to be implemented

• basic - does not break layout/design
• VAT number validation at checkout, with regex check before and updating totals after
• Validation result is presented to the user
• Form validation options (Require a valid VAT number, Require a valid VAT number when the company field is filled, Require a valid VAT number when there is a value in the field)
• Country select correction when the country prefix of the VAT number does not match the selected address country
