Payment method support for Authorize.net, via ParadoxLabs

• Place orders via Hyva Checkout, with Authorize.net CIM payment
• Pay by credit card
• Pay by bank transfer/ACH
• Pay by stored cards (CIM/Customer Information Manager)
• Payment form: Accept Hosted
• Payment form: Accept.js (will implement if there is demand for it)
• Payment form: Inline credit card (no plans to implement)
• Payment action: Save Info
• Payment action: Authorize
• Payment action: Capture
• Add/edit/delete stored cards via 'My Payment Options' account interface (will implement at a later time)
• Validate terms & conditions on checkout (will implement at a later time)

• Requires the 'Accept Hosted' iframe payment form at this time (no Accept.js or inline form support yet)
